FOR DCG STUDENTS

OUR WHY

College today is expensive. Tuition and the cost of living have increased so much so that college has become an unaffordable option for some students.

The DCG Education Foundation was created to provide scholarship opportunities to students of the DCG school district. We are not part of the school or the administration. We are an independent 501(c)3 organization that cares about the post-secondary opportunities available for our students.

THE RED DINNER & AUCTION

The RED event is our largest fundraiser each year. By bringing the district communities together, we are able to raise money to provide RED scholarships - 4-year renewable scholarships that help make a solid dent in the costs of college.

It's simple - the more we raise the more we can give.

Members of the Dallas Center and Grimes communities. If you support DCG students, then you should attend!

(The silent auction is held online and open to everyone - no ticket is needed to bid on items!)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The event is business casual to professional dress. Wear something RED if you can.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

- A delicious plated dinner

- Two drink tickets

- An opportunity to bid on live auction items

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?

5:00 Social Hour

6:00 Dinner

7:00 Live Auction

WHO WILL I SIT WITH?

If you purchase a table, you will sit with your table guests.

If you purchase individual tickets, we will assign you a seat so you can mingle!

DO I NEED CASH?

We accept cards for your auction purchases and donations, however, we do have some cash-only games and cash bar.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Bummer. We still welcome your cash donations (use the button at the top of our site) or auction item donations (use the form below).
