Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
This contract role will report to the DCGEF Board President and will manage and organize foundation mail, email, Google drive, and board calendar. This individual will manage the DCGEF Playbook that includes documented policies, procedures and processes for the board and all committees.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and update DCGEF Playbook of policies and procedures

Monitor e-mail for both DCG Education Foundation and DCGEF Scholarship e-mails.

Organize, update, and manage access to foundation Google drive
-
Manage calendar including monthly meeting schedule
-
Pick up physical mail from PO Box weekly and distribute as appropriate
-
Attend monthly Board meetings (or provide written updates in the event of an absence) of current project status and volunteer needs

Support the Scholarship, Events, and Marketing Committee as needed.

Attend monthly committee meetings

Provide monthly reporting to committee chair and board members

Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
10-15 hours per month
-
1099 independent contractor
-
Personal computer and cell phone
-
Attend RED Scholarship Awards night (a weekday in mid-May)
-
Attend annual RED Dinner (a Saturday in early November)

Attend Monthly Board Meetings - Third Tuesday each month except July
Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrate experience in a detail-oriented role leading projects independently

Ability to manage time, take initiative and optimize task performance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to break down a task and assign/follow up as necessary
