About the Sponsor

The Grimes Chamber & Economic Development Community Leadership Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from Dallas Center-Grimes High School who demonstrate strong leadership potential, community involvement, and a commitment to contributing positively to the places where they live, work, and serve.

Four scholarships in the amount of $500 each are awarded annually to students pursuing post-secondary education through a college, university, community college, or accredited technical or trade program. Applicants are evaluated based on community engagement, leadership activities, academic effort, and future goals that reflect a desire to strengthen communities, businesses, and the workforce.

This scholarship reflects the Chamber’s commitment to investing in the next generation of local leaders and supporting students as they take the next step toward meaningful careers and community impact.

Eligibility Criteria - Unrestricted

This scholarship is available to any current DCG senior pursuing a post-secondary education.
